​67% of people who misuse prescription medications get them from family and friends. They think these medications are safe. But in the wrong hands, they’re not.

To prevent prescription medication overdose:
  • Count and properly secure your medications
  • Dispose of all medications responsibly
  • Spread the word in your community​
